- Build strong, positive relationships through intentional adult-child interactions
- Create a stimulating, safe, and secure environment that supports play-based learning and exploration
- Plan and implement research-based curriculum aligned with the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress
- Deliver culturally responsive and relevant learning experiences
- Collect authentic observation and assessment data through child-led play
- Foster and support meaningful family engagement in early childhood settings
- Supervise and guide the work of support staff in the classroom
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Life Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Current Minnesota Early Childhood Education teaching license (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse families and young children
