• Education & Experience:
  
  High School Diploma/GED; CDA or higher preferred;
  Refer to state requirements for lead teacher.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain). A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.

• Strong understanding of child development and classroom management.
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt lessons for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage families and team members.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, kneel, crawl, and respond quickly to children’s needs.

Join Our Team at Bright Beginnings Academy! Looking for a qualified Teacher that can fulfill a part time need in the afternoons, specifically 2pm – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
