• Actively encourage and embrace each member of the school community

• MN 5-12 or 7-12 Teaching License in specific content area for Art and a Master's degree or higher in the subject, or a Master's degree or higher in another discipline plus 18 graduate credits in the subject you teach
• Experience working cross-culturally and/or commitment to work toward improving one’s own cultural competence, i.e., valuing difference/diversity, recognizing personal limitations and one’s skills and expertise, and having the desire to learn in these areas
