* Requires either 60 college credits or a Para Pro certificate
* Must pass background check and drug screening

** Hello Paras! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a Special Education Paraprofessionals in the greater Burnsville, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

** What We're Looking For**
* ** Associates Degree
** or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits
** OR
* ** Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on
** Para Pro or Para Educator Assessments
** or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
* Background check and drug screening required
* ** Previous experience working in the school setting preferred*
