Senior Manufacturing Electrical Engineer – MEMS; Onsite

Position: Senior Manufacturing Electrical Engineer – MEMS (Onsite)
Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior
** Integrated Circuit (IC) or MEMS
** manufacturing electrical engineer who can creatively apply engineering knowledge to efficiently solve complex manufacturing problems and make sound, data oriented technical conclusions for the manufacture of micro electrical/mechanical pressure sensing devices in a cleanroom environment.
* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
* or* in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
* 2+ years of experience as an Integrated circuit (IC) or MEMS manufacturing electrical engineer.
* Probing and electrical test equipment experience.
* Cleanroom experience.
* SPC experience.
* Statistical design of experiments.
* Aviation industry experience.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
* Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues and mitigate risks.
