Project Cost Controls Specialist

WSP, one of the nation’s strongest energy‑related engineering and environmental consulting firms, is currently seeking a Project Cost Controls Specialist. This position allows you to work remotely from a mutually agreed upon location, with occasional travel to the office for meetings.

• Work closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments, coordinating and communicating relevant project information to the team.
• Provide high‑level coordination and administrative support to the client.
• Act as a liaison between POWER and clients as required.
• Assist with client system access requests.
• Schedule and attend project meetings (internal or with client).
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Three (3) to Five (5) years of applicable experience.
• Intermediate analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry‑related experience.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Project Wise.
