Project Cost Controls Specialist
WSP, one of the nation’s strongest energy‑related engineering and environmental consulting firms, is currently seeking a Project Cost Controls Specialist. This position allows you to work remotely from a mutually agreed upon location, with occasional travel to the office for meetings.
Your Impact- Work closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments, coordinating and communicating relevant project information to the team.
- Provide high‑level coordination and administrative support to the client.
- Act as a liaison between POWER and clients as required.
- Assist with client system access requests.
- Schedule and attend project meetings (internal or with client).
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of applicable experience.
- Intermediate analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry‑related experience.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Project Wise.

Base Salary Range$49,400.00 – $60,400.00 per year.
