Project Cost Controls Specialist
WSP, one of the nation’s strongest energy‑related engineering and environmental consulting firms, is currently seeking a Project Cost Controls Specialist. This position includes the ability to work remotely from a mutually agreed upon location, with occasional travel to the office for periodic meetings.
Your Impact- Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments; coordinating and communicating relevant project information to the team
- Providing high‑level coordination and administrative support to the client
- Acting as liaison between POWER and clients as required
- Assisting with client system access requests
- Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client)
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of applicable experience
- Intermediate analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail and good communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry‑related experience
- Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Project Wise

Base Salary Range: $49,400.00 – $60,400.00 per year
