Title:

Software Test Engineer

• Test manufacturing equipment and tools onsite in Burnsville, working 5 days a week.
• Design, code, test, integrate, and document product test software for aviation products.
• Design test hardware, including fixtures and circuit boards.
• Develop engineering estimates for complex tasks.
• Perform engineering requirements capture, analysis, and creation for complex designs.
• Lead test software design reviews and generate appropriate design documentation.
• Prepare and present project and technical information to peers, internal management, and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a US DoD Security Clearance.
• Experience in digital electronics, both hardware and software.
• Proficiency in VB6/VB .NET, C/C , and/or LabVIEW.
• Hands‑on experience with test fixtures.
• Experience with manufacturing test systems.

• Robotics background and RF skills.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, test equipment, software testing, validation, and test procedures.
• Experience in EMI/EMC testing, electrical engineering, and test development.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, Visual Basic, C#, and NI Testway for multi‑rack test stations.

This is a Contract position based out of Burnsville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $65.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Burnsville, MN.
