This position will dedicate approximately 70% of its time to managing and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning and 30% as a Finance Business Partner, providing analytical support and insights to various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of financial systems, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2 years of experience in financial systems administration and FP&A roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, JDE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience with financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
