We are currently seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in our Burnsville, MN office. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides financial analysis and reporting support across the organization. The Financial Analyst leads and supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis; helps ensure accurate financial information and compliance;

and develops analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that strengthen decision-making, process efficiency, and long-term organizational sustainability.

• Assist with coordinating, developing, and implementing the annual budget process
• Develop reports, financial models, and analytical tools to measure, forecast, and analyze revenue and expenses
• Create and maintain monthly, quarterly-to-date, and year-to-date financial reports for all business segments and markets
• Analyze financial performance, explain budget-to-actual results, and develop dashboards, trend reports, and variance analyses that support strategic decision-making
• Support ongoing enhancements to budgeting and forecasting processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for business leaders and executive management
• Highlight and explain significant variances from budget and prior-year results
