Beauty Advisor; Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend complementary products and inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and maintain a professional store environment.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

Physical and Working Conditions:

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
