Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity involves providing speech-language pathology services in a contract role focused on students in grades 6 through 12. The position requires delivering 10 hours per week of direct therapy, emphasizing language development and articulation skills. Services will be provided on an itinerant basis within the district, primarily through teletherapy.

Key

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
  • Experience with teletherapy delivery methods for speech-language services
  • Familiarity with school-based speech pathology practices and caseload management
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting speech and language assessments and providing targeted therapy to support student communication needs
  • Managing a caseload of students primarily focused on language and articulation goals
  • Collaborating with educational staff to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to district protocols
  • Participating in required administrative and team meetings as scheduled

This contract position starts as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year. Services are provided within a district that employs a caseload model and includes indirect administrative hours. The role offers an opportunity to support middle and high school students in achieving their speech and language goals.
