We offer flexible scheduling with both short and long shifts available, allowing you to create a work routine that fits your lifestyle. In this role, you’ll provide in‑home care to multiple clients throughout the day, offering services such as personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and meaningful companionship.

We offer a variety of shift lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1‑hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and 2‑hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19–$22 based on experience.

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands‑on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest‑Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
