Behavioral Support Specialist | Adult Services

Location:

Burnsville/Apple Valley, MN
Salary: $21-$27/hour

Bright Path seeks experienced behavioral professionals to provide sophisticated support services in our intensive adult residential programs. Join a team dedicated to evidence-based behavioral intervention in a high-acuity setting.

Impact You'll Make:
  • Implement advanced behavioral support strategies for adults requiring 2:1 staffing
  • Lead crisis prevention and intervention in intensive behavioral settings
  • Support complex behavioral and mental health needs
  • Drive positive outcomes through data-driven approaches
  • Create lasting change in clients' lives
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working with severe challenging behaviors
  • Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent)
  • Comfort with physical interventions when necessary
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Your Experience Should Include:
  • Managing aggressive behaviors
  • Implementing behavior support plans
  • Crisis de-escalation
  • Physical intervention techniques
  • Data collection and analysis
