Job Overview
Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a CT Technologist to join our team at Ridges Hospital in Burnsillve, MN! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work the following schedule with weekends as needed:
Schedule- Week 1
- Monday: 3PM - 11:30PM
- Tuesday: 3PM - 11:30PM
- Wednesday: 1PM - 9:30PM
- Week 2
- Wednesday: 1PM - 9:30PM
- Thursday: 3PM - 11:30PM
- Friday: 3PM - 11:30PM
If the majority of your allocated shift hours are worked between 3pm – 11pm, your hours worked in this shift will receive an additional $6.00 per hour, on top of your base rate & shift differentials.
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus that is prorated based on experience.
Responsibilities- Performs examinations
- Identifies relevant data from images accurately
- Uses appropriate communication skills to meet patient/family, and other customer needs.
- Communicates pertinent data clearly to the appropriate health care professional
- Communicate with and educate patient regarding pertinent information during all aspects of exam
- Achieves quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol
- ARRT Radiology Tech
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
- 1 year of experience in a related role
- Additional certifications in Imaging
- Strong interpersonal skills
