Digital Marketer

Bob Boldt HVAC in Burnsville, MN is looking for a part-time Digital Marketer to help grow our online presence and bring in new customers.

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

This part-time position is three days a week, with a total of 24 hours
. We are flexible on which days you work, but consistency is important.

As a part-time Digital Marketer, you will research industry trends and competitor strategies to help shape our marketing efforts. You ll create and update content for our website, social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok), and online ads. Managing SEO, tracking website performance, and improving our search rankings will also be part of your role. You ll work with the team to run email and SMS marketing campaigns, analyze data to improve conversion rates, and capture photos and videos of projects to showcase on our platforms.

• Knowledge of Word Press, HTML, CSS, and web development tools such as SEO Press and Ahrefs
• Experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing methods)
• Experience in online data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe, web analytics, SEO Press and Ahrefs
• Ability to create email/SMS marketing funnels
• Effective communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with photography, video production, and ChatGPT/Magri AI (or ability to learn how to use)
• Clean driving record
