What You Will Do- Promote Connected Support solutions:
Build awareness and demonstrate the value of telematics, machine connectivity, and related technologies with customers and internal teams. - Provide training and technical support:
Deliver training and ongoing support for telematics platforms, remote diagnostics, remote programming, remote monitoring, and other connected support solutions. - Serve as a technology resource:

- Technology aptitude and passion:
Demonstrated interest, experience, or expertise in technology and connected equipment solutions. - Industry knowledge:
Experience in the equipment industry or a strong understanding of equipment applications and customer needs. - Strong communication and presentation skills:
Ability to confidently train, educate, and influence a variety of audiences. - Excellent customer service skills:
Commitment to providing a positive customer experience and building long-term relationships. - Travel flexibility:
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time. - Valid work authorization:
Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
