Shift:
*** Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Friday - Saturday: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM  
** What You'll Do
*** Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively
* Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality
* Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success
* Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance
* Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner
* Manage critical incidents, service disruptions, and real-time operational challenges
* Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
On-time performance Appointment adherence Passenger onboard time Route efficiency
* Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to ensure service goals are met
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations  
** Qualifications
* ** Strong communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software
* Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional during service disruptions or emergencies
* Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
* Commitment to providing safe, reliable, and caring service
