Basic Function: The Assembler I position assembles and subassemblies complex catheter-based medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Location: Must be able to work at our Burnsville location

Compensation: The expected wage for this Minnesota-based position is between $18-$22 an hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. • Assembles parts by following manufacturing processes.
• Communicates assembly issues to production leader.
• Maintains clean and effective work area.
• Ensures all FDA, GMP, ISO and related regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience performing hand assembly of complex medical devices in a clean environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in high-demand situations.
• Dependable and responsible for showing up to work for scheduled shifts.
