We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing production team. Experience with digital printing equipment, graphics programs, or related printing technologies is a plus, but not required.

• Operate DTF Printing Equipment:
  Set up, calibrate, and operate DTF printers and associated machinery to produce high-quality transfers. Monitor print jobs and cut and organize transfers while the machine is in operation.
• Design File Preparation:
  Review and prepare artwork files for printing, ensuring proper formatting and color accuracy.
• Heat Press Application:
  During peak seasons transfer printed designs onto garments using heat press equipment, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet Shirt Hub's quality standards.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor and manage inventory levels of printing supplies, including films, inks, and powders.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the design and fulfillment teams to coordinate production schedules and meet client deadlines. Keep completed rolls organized and prepare for shipping.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Experience:
  
  We are open to training motivated candidates without prior experience, however familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and RIP software for print preparation is a plus but not required.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong eye for color accuracy, alignment, and print quality.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Team Player:
  Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability:
  Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving printing technologies.
