Role:
Serve as a Global Portfolio Manager for 3M's Home Environment Markets, focusing on product strategy and portfolio management for brands like Filtrete.
- Responsibilities include developing global product plans, leading brand initiatives, driving new product pipelines, and analyzing market trends to inform portfolio decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Insights, Finance, and Marketing to achieve sales, margin targets, and consumer KPIs.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 years in marketing, product commercialization, or related business roles within private, public, or government sectors; experience with cross-functional teams. - Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, consumer-packaged goods or home environment industry experience, leadership in innovation projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of consumer trends.
- High-Value:
Focus on consumer air filtration and home environment products, with on-site work at Maplewood, MN, and up to 10% domestic/international travel.
