Ebenezer Ridges Care Center (TCU) is seeking a Registered Nurse-RN to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care) in Burnsville, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities:

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
• RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

practice

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
