The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high‑quality personal care and services to residents to support their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices.

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living.
• Demonstrated competence in person‑directed, elder/resident‑directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self‑leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for communication with residents, families, and staff.

Estimated starting pay: $21.00 – $22.90 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.

Full‑time (30+ hours)

Valley Ridge, Burnsville, MN – full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call positions available. Typical schedules include:

• FT Day 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (every other weekend)
• PT Eve Short Shifts 4:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (every other weekend)
• PT Day only every other weekend
• On‑call (All shifts) 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.
