Position: Assistant Manager 39353

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists with ensuring that each visit by a customer results in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

Here’s What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the General Manager in managing the restaurant’s daily operations.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, maintain day‑to‑day financial controls, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train, and orientate team; supervise coaching and development of staff.
  • Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
Qualifications (includes, But Not Limited To)
  • Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high‑volume food service concepts preferred).
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.)
  • Valid Driver’s License in good standing and access to private transportation.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and possession of all documents required by state and federal law.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; customer service focused.
Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the General Manager, assist in managing the restaurant’s daily operations.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain financial controls, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure quality food handling and equipment maintenance; maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Support a welcoming, family‑oriented restaurant atmosphere.
