Job Overview
Fairview is looking for a Cook to join the Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN! This is a casual position that offers a flexible schedule where you pick up shifts. Minimum requirement is 3 shifts per month.
Prepare food items as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established standards of high quality.

- Prepares food products to meet temperature and quality standards.
- Develops and tests recipes as directed.
- Completes all documentation related to production
- Handle and prepare food in safe manner following HACCP standardized operating procedures
- Follows employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission.
- Follows procedures to prevent food contamination.
- Coordinates and communicates with all internal customers in all service areas.
- Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedure.
- Takes responsibility for self and others in work area.
- Contributes to a safe work environment
- Demonstrates Commitment to Customers
- 1 year Relevant experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language.
- Basic math skills.
- Certified or willing to become certified for food safety.

Compensation DisclaimerSalary range: $21.41 - $30.23 hourly.
An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
