PositionSummary
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that delivers exceptional customer service both in‑person and over the phone. You’ll use your energetic demeanor to sell the visit, persuade customers to engage with automotive services, and build strong relationships to promote products and services. You’ll also coordinate service appointments, manage transaction procedures efficiently, and help deliver a seamless experience for every customer.
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
