Landscape Laborer

, located in Burnsville, MN. We have 40 temporary, full‑time positions from 03/18/2026 through 12/05/2026. Daily transportation will be provided between a central location and worksites in the counties of Dakota, Hennepin, Anoka, Ramsey, Scott, Carver, and Washington. Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with some Saturdays; 40 hr/week; overtime pay varies. Workers are paid bi‑weekly at $22.32–$26.00/hr ($33.48–$39.00/hr OT).

• Mow lawns, weed, rake
• Spring & Fall clean‑up: blowing out debris, hauling debris away, removing leaves from property using hand rakes, blowers, tarps
• Aerate & dethatch
• Install sprinklers
• General lawn maintenance

• No experience required – on‑the‑job training provided
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Contract positions; availability for a minimum of one full week

Daily subsistence provided at $16.28/day, up to $68.00/day with receipts. H2B workers receive first‑week reimbursement for visa and related fees. Transportation costs are reimbursed for workers who complete at least 50 % of the contract. Potential for raise/bonus at employer’s discretion based on experience.
