The Goodman Group, LLC in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep our properties safe, functional, and appealing. You will troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and perform preventive maintenance across resident units and common areas.
You’ll supervise junior maintenance staff, coordinate with the property manager, vendors, and team members, and help meet occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with safety and Fair Housing standards.
