Caliber Burnsville is hiring inhouse technicians to perform full collision repairs at our service center. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 on first paycheck and a pathway to a lasting career in a safety‑mocused shop. We seek experienced technicians with at least two years of wreck repair, frame/structural know‑how, and a no‑shortcuts mindset.
You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
