Mackin Educational Resources is seeking a Delphi Developer to join us at our Burnsville, MN headquarters. You'll have the chance to contribute your expertise to the next versions of our software applications in the emerging field of education technology.

• 5+ years of development experience
• Delphi / Kylix / Pascal programming
• Design and development of complex Graphical User Interfaces
• Design and development of DLLs and command-line utilities
• Object oriented programming
• Relational databases (MS SQL, Firebird SQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, SQLite)
• SQL language experience
• Version control systems
• Microsoft Windows

• C# programming
• Fast Reports or Crystal Report engine
• Windows API
• Linux administration
• Zebra printer support
• Power Shell

• You thrive on knowing precisely how the code you write fits into the overall product design and functionality.
• You appreciate the need for performance testing and writing performant APIs.
• You're serious about testing and usually write tests before you write code.
• You are familiar with cross-platform development.
• You thrive in a dynamic working environment where we enjoy helping each other become better developers.
• You contribute to outside projects just for the fun of it. You probably participate in code camps, and you often read blogs and articles about web technology.
• Whether your knowledge grew from a degree program or the school of hard knocks, you are now an expert-level developer ready to jump in with both feet.
