TOCA Football is looking for a baseball or softball enthusiast who brings the heat by teaching skills and spreading the love for the game in a high‑energy, tech‑savvy environment. With private lessons, camps, clinics, and batting cage rentals, you’ll be a key player helping athletes of all levels knock it out of the park.

• Training & Coaching (60%):
  Lead one‑on‑one sessions, tailored training plans, and baseline data reviews to help players reach their personal best.
• Client Engagement & Retention (25%):
  Build long‑term relationships with players, parents, and coaches to keep current clients coming back for more.
• Facility & Team Collaboration (15%):
  Maintain a clean, friendly ballpark and collaborate with the D‑Bat Training Manager to review progress and ensure everyone follows the same rules.

• Experience playing or coaching at the college or pro level.
• Natural at connecting with people and making them feel like MVPs.

Salary Range: $15.00/hr – $35.00/hr
