Part-time 30 hours per week 9am-3pm Monday to Friday

We are a growing group of companies comprising four trading entities operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bookkeeper / Administrator to support our Finance Manager and assist with the smooth running of our financial and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts using Xero
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record keeping
  • Maintaining purchase ledger and general ledger entries
  • Supporting administrative duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and correspondence management
  • Assisting with the management of staff absences and holiday records
  • Maintaining and organising digital filing systems
  • Coordinating fleet vehicle maintenance, servicing, MOTs, and road tax
  • Supporting general office operations as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
