We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong roofing background and proven Social Housing experience to oversee multiple live roofing projects across the Midlands. Social Housing experience is essential for this role.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

• Managing site operatives and subcontractors across various locations
• Overseeing roofing works on Social Housing properties
• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
• Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety standards
• Identifying and resolving H&S concerns promptly
• Maintaining high standards of site organisation and cleanliness
• Managing works in occupied properties with professionalism and minimal disruption
• Overseeing daily site operations from open to close

The role will be based out of a site compound in Burntwood (two-storey cabin setup - site office upstairs, canteen and welfare facilities below).

• Strong roofing background (essential)
• Proven Social Housing site management experience (essential)
• SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
• Up-to-date Health & Safety knowledge (essential)
• NVQ (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Proactive, organised, and quality-focused
• Comfortable working within tenanted / occupied properties
