About The Job

The Cyber‑Security Compliance Officer plays a key role in keeping an organisation’s information secure.

This role will work across the Aerospace Business Unit to ensure the company’s policies, cybersecurity systems, processes, solutions and programs are compliant with best practices, defined standards and regulations, audits and certifications.

A significant focus will be on ensuring compliance with ISO
27001 standards, which are critical for maintaining the security and integrity of information within the Aerospace industry.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations
  • Evaluate, execute and ensure adherence to various certification requirements like ISO
    27001, NIST-2, DFARS, (including BU Governance / KPI)
  • Manage projects related to Information classification and security
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Assess business information/data and processes to determine compliance risk.
  • Cooperate with Group IT Compliance Officer and Group/BA IT teams to meet requirements.
  • Establish and update global templates and policies
  • Review / create / re‑design processes to ensure compliance with agreed procedures and customer or regulatory requirements
  • Provide / create tools where needed to measure compliance
  • Manage and clarify expectations and requirements in terms of responsibilities which are either with business, Group IT or other TSS IT

This is a global role. Travelling is required within country, regionally and internationally as required by business for support, audit and/or project work.
