Care Team Leader - Bracken House, Burntwood About The Role

Nexxus Care is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff at Bracken House, a 34-bedded residential facility.

The Care Team Leader will report to the management team and will be responsible for all aspects of the physical and emotional care of the residents, while providing leadership of the care team, including the supervision and training of staff. The role will also involve providing close liaison with other healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a well‑organised person adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately, with proven ability to lead and supervise others and a strong orientation to care. Candidates should be trained to administer medications, complete audits and risk assessments, and provide thorough, detailed person‑centred care plans.

• Supervisory: 2 years (preferred).
