At Dee Set , we're looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join our growing Business Insights team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data, reporting, and analysis and wants to play a key role in helping drive business performance across leading retailers and brands throughout the UK. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our commercial, client services, and field operations teams to analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Your work will directly influence business performance, operational efficiency, resource planning, and commercial growth.

This role offers excellent exposure to business intelligence, retail analytics, performance reporting, and stakeholder management, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in analytics and data-driven decision-making. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for analysing field team, category, customer, and retailer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You'll create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft platforms, helping stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and customers, you'll support performance reviews, KPI tracking, business planning, and operational reporting. You'll investigate data trends, provide recommendations, improve reporting processes, and help identify opportunities that contribute to business growth and improved customer outcomes. You will also support resource planning and operational efficiency projects, helping ensure that data is being used effectively to maximise performance across our field teams and client partnerships.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in data, analytics, and continuous improvement. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data. You'll be confident using Microsoft Excel and comfortable interpreting complex information before presenting findings in a clear and engaging way.

Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Access, dashboard creation, KPI reporting, data visualisation, business intelligence, or performance analysis would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
