Registered Children’s Home Manager

Salary:
Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our clients Children’s Residential Home in Burntwood. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, compliance, and a positive culture where children can thrive.

• Provide strong leadership and support to the staff team.
• Manage recruitment, training, supervisions, and appraisals.
• Ensure high-quality, child-centred care aligned with individual care plans.
• Maintain full compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Homes Regulations.
• Oversee rotas, budgets, resources, and ensure the home environment is safe and welcoming.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead the home to achieve "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes.

• Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a Children’s Home.
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• Strong safeguarding, leadership, and communication skills.

• Performance-based pay progression, with criteria clearly set out in PDPs and appraisals.
• Pay reviews twice yearly:
  March & October.

• Annual Appraisal Bonus, Probation Bonus, Ofsted Bonus.
