Job Title: Production Operative – Food Production
Location: Burntwood
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 – 17:35 (39 hours per week)
Job Type: Temporary (Agency)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy food production team on a temporary, agency basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to customers. The role can be physically demanding and will involve standing for long periods, manual handling, and working fts are booked on a weekly basis, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, handling, and processing food products in line with company standards

• Operating basic production machinery (full training provided)

• Packing and labelling finished products accurately

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety regulations

• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

• Awareness of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided)
