We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service-oriented person who likes to have fun while they work. As a go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, you will support the team, model a positive attitude, and be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards.

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

• Retail environment.
