• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area.
• Enter guest rooms following procedures to gain access and ensure vacancy before entering.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies, including linens and terry.
• Make beds, fold terry, and clean bathrooms.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
• Check appliances for presence and proper working order.
• Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Promote superior guest service.

Note: This position does not involve work on the casino gaming floor or in restricted areas.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work.
• Polite, friendly, dependable, thorough, and quality-focused.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexible hours.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to forty pounds.
