Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager at Eleanor Slater Hospital, located in Burrillville, RI. The Nursing Manager will oversee nursing operations, provide leadership to nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel, managing patient care plans, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Nursing Manager will facilitate collaboration among healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Nursing Management, including leading and supervising nursing teams
• Proficiency in general Nursing practices and inpatient nursing care
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality Patient Care in nursing and addressing individual healthcare needs across the patient care continuim
• Knowledge of best nursing practices in a hospital setting
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory nursing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or higher is required; MSN is a plus
