Textile Project Senior Specialist

• At least 5 years of experience in textile product development or project management,
• Good command of English,
• Strong collaboration and communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving,
• Based in Bursa or willing to relocate,
• Willing to travel between company locations when required.

• Manage textile projects in coordination with relevant departments and monitor development processes in accordance with the internal TDP procedure and Textile PMO,
• Prepare the necessary documentation during the project process, and submit and store it in accordance with the customer timeline and TDP plan,
• Organize weekly project meetings, update the agenda, and moderate the meetings to ensure that development activities are completed in line with project and TDP milestones,
• Maintain communication with Tier 1 customers and company suppliers throughout the project process until SOP, ensuring timely responses to requests,
• Identify problems encountered during the production process, contribute to solutions, and participate in improvement efforts,
• Prepare reports on fairs and seminars attended and share them within the department.
