Sales & Operations Specialist

, to find a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Specialist to join its growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions, building strong relationships, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Support daily sales operations, order management, and customer coordination.
• Manage sales data, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with international brand partners and local business stakeholders.
• Follow up on collections, payments, and account reconciliations in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure smooth communication across Sales, E-commerce, Logistics, and Finance.
• Work with modern ERP platforms such as Odoo to improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with confidence to take initiative.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
