Turkcell Global Bilgi Bursa'da müşterilerin memnuniyetini en üst düzeye çıkarmak üzere çağrı merkezi operasyonunu yürütmektedir. Bu rol, müşterilerden gelen taleplerin karşılanması, sorun çözümleri ve ürün/hizmet satışı süreçlerini kapsar.
Ofis odaklı çalışacak, ekip çalışmasına uyum sağlayacak, iletişimi güçlü adaylar arıyoruz. Uzaktan/hibrit/ofisten çalışma seçenekleriyle esnek çalışma modeli sunulur.
