The 5G  Network Optimization Engineer will support a major Ericsson‑based deployment, ensuring high performance and stability of 5G  in Bursa, Turkey. This role is vital for driving network quality enhancements and supporting cutting‑edge optimization activities across a high‑visibility telecommunications project.

As part of a dynamic, international optimization team, you will work directly on advanced 5G , leveraging Ericsson equipment to resolve performance issues and enhance network KPIs. You will analyze network data, propose optimization strategies, and collaborate with cross‑functional engineering groups to ensure seamless improvements. The role demands strong technical depth in 5G , hands‑on field and analytics experience, and the ability to work within a fast‑paced project‑driven environment.

• Perform end‑to‑end 5G  Network Optimization on Ericsson equipment.
• Analyze network KPIs, drive performance improvements, and deliver optimization actions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for 5G s at cell, cluster, and network levels.
• Support field teams during integration, parameter tuning, and post‑launch activities.
• Prepare performance reports, action plans, and technical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international project teams to ensure consistent optimization standards.

• Proven hands‑on experience in 5G .
• Strong background with Ericsson Radio Access Network equipment and tools.
• Experience working on international telecom projects (mandatory).
• Proficiency in KPI analysis, RF tuning, and RAN troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of 5G , parameters, and performance indicators.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Experience with multi‑vendor RAN environments.
• Familiarity with automation or optimization scripting tools.
• Knowledge of drive test analysis tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to 4G/5G interworking optimization strategies.
