Mold and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Experience in both mold maintenance and mechanical maintenance of production equipment in a manufacturing environment,
• Ability to analyze mold failures and develop solutions to maintain production continuity,
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems,
• Experience in maintenance planning, EWO management and maintenance standardization,
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and TPM practices,
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment documentation,
• Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, maintenance compliance and downtime analysis,
• Experience in root cause analysis of production line failures,
• Ability to work closely with production, quality, and other technical teams on maintenance activities,
• Good command of English.

• Prepare preventive maintenance plans for molds and production equipment and ensure their implementation,
• Perform mold maintenance, repair, and commissioning activities,
• Respond to mold and mechanical equipment failures during production,
• Analyze the root causes of recurring failures and develop lasting improvements,
• Analyze mold-level failure history and prioritize maintenance activities,
• Manage EWO documentation, corrective actions and closure effectiveness ,
• Standardize maintenance procedures, checklists and inspection criteria,
• Monitor maintenance cost, spare-part consumption and component life,
• Evaluate predictive maintenance data and take action to prevent unplanned downtime,
• Participate in the commissioning of new or modified molds and equipment,
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and develop improvement actions,
• Identify critical spare parts and mold component requirements and follow up on their procurement,
• Prepare spare parts and technical requirements data to support maintenance budgeting.
