Weetabix is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support the factory manager on the production floor. You will lead a team on-site, drive safety, quality and productivity, and ensure delivery against KPIs in a dynamic FMCG environment.
You will coach and develop team members, oversee MOS and training, and work within a committed, values-driven workplace. This role is on-site with shift patterns and a focus on collaboration across teams.
