Weetabix is seeking a Quality & Compliance lead to oversee daily quality and food safety at our Burton Latimer manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with Weetabix standards and customer requirements. You will drive a culture of food safety, manage audits, and lead quality improvements.
Based onsite, you will coach teams, manage capital projects, oversee calibrations, and support factory trials, contributing to safe, compliant production and continuous quality enhancements.
