Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to support our busy store in Burton Latimer. You will help customers, restock shelves, and operate tills, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shop floor and delivering great service. Shifts run between 5am and 11pm on a flexible 16–35 hour contract.
You will receive a competitive hourly rate with enhanced benefits including 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme. Training and progression opportunities are available.
