Location:

This Role is fully office based.
Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
We are representing a highly reputable organisation seeking a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and values discretion and precision.

- Manage the CEO’s inbox, including drafting responses and prioritising urgent matters
- Maintain an accurate diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
- Prepare, proofread, and handle correspondence with the utmost attention to detail
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and organise key documentation
- Ensure the CEO is kept informed of critical and time‑sensitive matters
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and suppliers as required
- Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of organisational activities to support executive decision‑making
- Execute delegated tasks, ensuring timely completion and feedback
- Coordinate and distribute monthly board papers and other executive‑level documentation
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and visa arrangements
- Arrange business meetings, lunches, and other appointments
- Manage and coordinate company events, including off‑site meetings, charity initiatives, and seasonal celebrations
- Provide administrative assistance to other senior executives when required
- Support general office and administrative duties as needed
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant at Director/CEO level - ideally 5 to 7 years
- Absolute discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent typing skills
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
